ABOUT US
Trail Map Career Coaching was founded by Brett Wilzbach on the premise that the digital work environment has seen a decline in mentorship. Brett has nearly two decades of experience in the financial industry. Brett has worked in bulge-bracket sell-side investment banking to multi-strategy hedge fund investing to the latest stint of helping start an emerging manager. Having a variety of roles that spans verticals will bring valuable insights and a diversified network to aide your journey.
Brett has worked part-time for Boston College, his alma mater, in Career Coaching since 2022 and recently completed a Masters Program from Johns Hopkins in Career Strategy and Life Design. He is working towards a masters in Business Analytics and AI, is a mentor for the CFA Boston Society. Brett loves bringing a fun no-nonsense approach to consulting. Less buzzwords and finding your value system, more seeing pragmatic progress to building a network, making a plan, and getting hired.
